As we delve into the median home values, Glen Rock is currently estimated at $1.1 million, while Ridgewood stands slightly higher at $1.22 million. These figures reflect the robust real estate market conditions in Bergen County, showcasing the appeal of these communities for potential buyers and sellers alike.

Understanding Months of Supply

A critical metric in real estate is the months of supply, which indicates how long it would take to sell all available homes if no new listings came to market. For both Glen Rock and Ridgewood, this figure is currently under one month. This means if no new homes enter the market, these towns would run out of available listings in less than a month, solidifying the fact that we are still in a seller’s market.
